Refunds & Cancellations

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for EGoeSIM digital eSIM products operated by Siin HK Limited.

1. Digital nature

eSIM profiles are digital goods. Once delivered or activated, refunds are limited except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

2. When refunds may apply

• Duplicate charges or confirmed payment errors.
• We fail to deliver activation details within a reasonable time after payment.
• Material non-conformity attributable to us (not device lock or user error).

3. Generally non-refundable

• Activated or substantially used data plans.
• Incompatibility or carrier lock you did not verify before purchase.
• Change of travel plans after delivery.

4. How to request

Email [email protected] with order number and reason. We respond within a reasonable period. Approved refunds return to the original payment method when possible.
