Welcome to EGoeSIM (website: EGoeSIM.com). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Siin HK Limited (“we”, “us”, “Company”), the affiliated operator of the EGoeSIM brand. By accessing or using our website, apps, accounts, eSIM products, and related services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. The Services

EGoeSIM offers travel data connectivity via eSIM plans and account tools. Features may include browsing plans, checkout, QR / activation delivery, usage views, and business (B2B) organizations. Actual coverage, speed, and availability depend on local carriers and device compatibility and may change due to roaming agreements or regulation.

• Services are delivered as digital goods; activation details are usually provided after successful payment via account or email.
• We may work with upstream connectivity partners for provisioning and settlement; your use remains subject to these Terms and local law.
• We may reasonably modify plans, prices, or features; material changes will be notified on the site or by email.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Business features may require verification and approved roles.

3. Orders, payment & delivery

Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by third-party gateways or configured crypto rails. Digital delivery is typically immediate after confirmation; carrier-side activation may take longer.

4. Acceptable use

You must not abuse networks, commit fraud, reverse engineer systems for unfair competition, or violate law. See the Acceptable Use Policy for details.

5. Intellectual property

EGoeSIM branding, site design, and software are owned by Siin HK Limited or its licensors. You retain rights to content you submit and grant us a license needed to operate the Services.

6. Disclaimers & liability

Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted connectivity or fitness for a particular purpose. Liability caps may apply under mandatory consumer law.

7. Governing law
